Re: of course most people are stupid enough to not clue into the fact that
Laws still have to get signed to be in force.  Yes, I am disappointed in the Democrats in Congress for not taking Bush more to task, but the executive still holds the reigns of government, so I can hardly express surprise that they, the Democrats, chose the easy path of obstruction of more Bush policies and riding out the time to the next election.  It's not like Democrats could have imposed their agenda on Bush, or the senate Republicans.  The power is divided now, not in Democratic hands.  And when has Bush wanted to talk?

As for the Clinton devotees skimming the cream and all, yes, that's true, but if you want to blame congressional Democrats now, what blame do congressional Republicans share in Clinton's policies?  Sauce for the goose, after all.  And all this deregulation is closer to the stated objectives of Republicans anyway.  We stupid people are aware of these facts, and enjoying all the trouble they are causing McCain, Bush, and the former Republican leadership.  Maybe it is true that you reap what you sow.

of course most people are stupid enough to not clue into the fact that
a number of the troublemakers involved in the economic debacle were Clinton devotees.  But evidently history doesn't matter.  And then of course there's the past two years where Demos have been in power and making the laws on economy.

Rock On
Keep focus on the issues, and McCain will tumble.  He has nothing left to offer.  He's sold out on everything he once stood for.
