We far-left libertarians are greatly unimpressed with Ms. Palin. I see no value in going Palinolithic in our national policies. Ignorance of the world beyond Alaska is not helpful, and I can't abide government censorship, Creationist dogma in the guise of actual thought, or government intrusion in a woman's options, particularly after assault. We've learned a lot since the Stone Age; we should use our accumulated wisdom.

More than 1/3 of Americans polled identify with Palin---this is an emotional response. Take it from someone in Advertising. People don't make decisions based on information, but based on emotion.
Before you attack an opponent with an emotional hold on the people, you need to first deal with the emotional hold. THEN you can discuss information.
