First, you need to have them hosted somewhere--
I use Photobucket, and there are a lot of other sites also. You load your pictures to them using their system then they give you a set of links, one of which is for bringing to a place like here. Copy the right link, then click on the little image of the mountain and sun in the upper right corner of this box, and paste the link in the bar. then hit 'insert.'
You can click on the photo that appears here and see little marker boxes at the corners and centers of each side. By dragging those around you can adjust the size your photo will appear here.
If you get the red x in a box, delete it and try again... If you still get it, try a different link. (On photobucket the one that works for me is the second one, that says 'direct link')
