Change has come over these islands so fast
that there are those who can personally remember when it was different, and though in some ways worse, at least as far as health and diet, better. Recovering some of that may not be as hard as in a country where even the kids' parents and grandparents grew up with supermarket variety, sit-down travel everywhere, and the vast entertainment complex that keeps us sitting and mindless day after day, if we let it.
