Good suggestions. But I think there is more to factor in in all this.
There are personality clashes that may result in wrong info about who constitute the star performers. There are legitimate trade union actions on account of which some may not perform at the bank and may actually be working very hard in the trade union. Then those aspects on which the banks are not fair to employees need to be considered also to boost the morale, isn't it? What say?
