Oh, I hate goodbyes

So beautifully written, Sinome.

I was so taken at what you saw in the storm. A myraid of thoughts went through my head and yet I stayed focused on the imagery. And to close with: and all that's left of my fears
is the thought of your good-bye.

It leaves a lump in my throat for we know we must say good-bye and yet the fear is overwhelming! An excellent poem.  sam

Sidebar: (I was also drawn to just good-byes to things in general. Maybe I am affected because I would love to keep my house, it is just in the wrong place. I am irritable because of it! I know sad, but I just got everything the way I wanted it and the stress the area I live in is too much!) Thanks for listening darlin'  xoxo

Sinome, a storm has a balm all its own..and the "wall" of rain it brings
can reflect and/or imitate our tears if we are saddened.....

The inside mirrors the outside ...

... and vice versa ... how long will it take before tears will stop, if they ever will stop ... or ... is it possible to meet life on a level of understanding and gratitude that tell tears give pain too much power ? - first ... I believe ... we have to give our soul its right value -  - genio

Sinome
Isn’t it amazing how when we observe – closely and consciously observe – the weather it can invoke all kinds of emotions.  In this case you’ve allowed the storm to cleanse your anger and sorrow.  So very beautifully done but then you never disappoint.

Only this morning was I thinking about writing a poem about "Wind", its many forms and what emotions it brings out. A wonderful poem my dear, no doubt inspired by the thunderstorms raging over our beloved Miami Beach!!! Only 2 months to go and I'm back.
