It's fun to hear a voice from the past...
Addressing us as we were then! What kind of letter would she write now?

thing should be 'things' and then it would be one of your best, ever.
some people are born with that spoken poem ability. Yours read like conversation, but poetic and wise.

Too much fun to read you and I am so jealous some days. When I do poetry of any kind, I sound like a fool.

NOT you, I want to sound like you. I do better in Spanish when trying to be poetic. I need all of their similar sounds to find my way into poetic expression.

I think a part of who we were as a youth always stays with us....but, yes, now in a slightly older frame.

This tugged at my heart... so sweet and exciting... like a trip back in time to visit who we used to be.  Great concept.

a charming poem that gives ....

... memories - good written

- yes, it's incredible how we find ourselves in old frames and ... how much have we changed regarding our urge for being something "great" (whatever that is) ... but "I have changed, havent I ?" I say to myself in the mirror -  - genio
