Keep trying.
You describe this so well. I sometimes get that feeling, that I know what to do, but then feel weak and exhausted. In my case, it's mostly fear, and it comes when what I should be doing involves social interaction. Sometimes, I manage to get past it, and do something anyway. I count those times as great victories.
