I am so sorry about your daughter. I am 100% in agreement with you. Why let those animals walk among us? But the problem I see is that unlike G-d, we are not infalible and mistakes in judging these individuals might be made. I would not want to take the life of someone thinking they have commited a crime and then find out they were innocent. So i would attach to the law a provision that would mandate the death sentence to those who commit those crimes you mentioned and have been found quilty by sientific evidence. No eye witness, no circunstantial, only DNA or that type of evidence could convict them and send them to their death. The rest, the ones we are not so totally sure I would just put them in life in prison without parole. Sorry I went so long . Great post
