I would never want this to happen, although I have been myself there at times: the heart  might also lose its reason to live. Such a poignant line! My son is due in late tonight. I can't wait! Love you, sam. xoxoox

It REALLY sucks being alone but being in a bad relationship is worse. It's like pee or poo, take your choice.

"maybe in another life I did something very wrong"
"I am tired and I just want to scream". Yea, crying is good to, but punching people and stuff is bad. The end of that poem is killer. No more...please ... stop. When i feel like that i fe3el suicidal, i'm trying to relax.

oh my......I've been reading a lot of poems that have been breaking my heart, and this one is no exception.  Your words are filled with such sorrow that I feel like my heart is being squeezed with every line.  I even began to read this like a heart beat and it began to slow down in the end....

Striking imagery and I love the metaphor at the end! One never knows what can happen at season's end! You are so fabulous when it comes to imagery! Love you, sam

Sinome
There is nothing more sad or lonely than feeling a sense of loss when in fact the person you feel you have lost is right there beside you.  A close second is standing in a crowded room feeling all alone – that’s when you know a shift needs to take place and will take place.  And rain, tapping on our window, has a way of bringing out these feelings as you’ve so beautifully described in this piece….
