There's such a fine line between loud enough and too loud. Lots of kids
whisper in school so that nobody can hear them. They have to learn to speak up, for their own good. I think we'd better try to get used to hearing kids who speak up. It is irritating to hear half of seemingly shouted conversations as we walk down the street and somebody behind us is walking and talking on the telephone. It seems rude of them to broadcast so much noise that does nothing but irritate everybody else, but I think we'll have to take a chill pill or something, in order to live and let live.
