Morning

To all of you who had a good laugh at/with Morning, I thank you for your kind remarks.  Sorry I was not able to read or post yesterday but my wife and I went to a book signing.  We had the pleasure of meeting one of our all time favorite fantasy writers, James Clemens. He also writes under the pen-name James Rollins.  For those of you who enjoy fantasy, James Clemens "Wit'ch" series is one of the best fantasy series that I have ever had the pleasure of reading.  He has absolutely wonderful characters, and is continually providing you with surprises.  He is also very funny in person, and was very good with the audience. If you have the chance to see him, do so.

I will be posting something new later today.  Again, thank you all for visiting, commenting, support, everything!

I laughed until I cried
This is the funniest poem I have read in ages - and I totally agree with it.  Sir this poem has pure genius written all over it

hahahahahaha!!!  This is quite a different style you used (than the one I'm used to, I mean) and absolutely delightful to read!!  I enjoyed this SO MUCH!!!!!  Next time I get angry at the sun, I'll make sure to write it a letter ~

Oh indeed this is great ~ This day especially with the rain coming down so softly and the clouds so grey, I wanted to linger under the covers, but...alas...duty called.  This is great Joe ~ Trying to read a bit - and so enjoy your poetry ~  Elyse

Morning

This is one of my very earliest poems, written over 20 years ago for a friend who hated mornings.  It is very silly, but I have always liked it.  I hope that you enjoy it too.
