I love symbolic poetry, and this is most certainly an excellent example. To me, the husk is the body that we have, an outward shell of the beings we are inside. Given as a gift to us, from our God. Warnings, never heeded; maybe warnings to repent, or change, or follow Him, but it now seems too late. Very well done! I love it.
