I read the Psalms for comfort as well. The book of Jude is great as well. Even though only an epistle I like the fact that it is a deuterocanonical work of the New Testament and Jude is presented as the 'brother of James'. With the referenced James being 'the brother of the Lord' who headed the Christian community of Jerusalem. The Grace comes from God as so stated. You picked a fine one for anxiety! sam
