Agreed, sort of!
The "high courts are not always right.  It is Un-Constitutional for any person not to have due process or to be held at gunpoint.  I do agree that the cowardly gestopo-like Goose Creek police probably thought it safer to attack a school than a real drug gang made up of armed adults.

There have been several high court rulings
that students are not afforded the same rights as adults, which came about while they were trying to test student athletes for drug usage. I believe you can look them up at Cornell Law School's legal website. I think it is called Law Library or LLC or something like that. I'll get back to you on it. It is a sad day when we wasted probaby 10's of thousands on dollars to set up and execute an ambush like that over drugs. It should be obvious that organized crime thrives off stupid anti-drug laws and those mobsters are not stupid. They're business people, like Enron execs who use strong arm tactics. It's usually some stupid 20 year old kid who gets busted, not the real dangerous guys.
