I think the market forces are taking care of things! There's no need to interfere even more! And if you're into saving gas, and of course we all are, here's a little tip: buy your gas at night, when it's cool. Gasoline increases in density, the lower the temperature, but pumps dispense it by the
volume, so you end up getting
more...Off the bat I can't tell you exactly how
much of a difference it makes, but every little bit helps...

Ahhh, mysteria, do you live in CA? My parents were just saying that they're having to use ear phones now when they talk on their cell phones. I agree; it's a good law!

and SUVs...I am amazed how many pickup trucks are sitting on the side of the road with for sale signs on them...I love to stay off of the road to begin with, so anything to discourage me is fine LoL...I will say that I am VERY glad the cell phone rules went in to affect. I HATE being stuck behind those people...so inconsiderate...
