It is true, deks, that reading them a book might be a better idea....
but many people want a witness to their life story.....acknowledgement.

So true
When I was younger some friends and I would visit homes. The looks of joy on the people's faces when they saw us were so touching. All they really wanted was company. Perhaps I will find the time to visit again.
