- Go to Meditation with Form and Meditation without Form
So true
imo I believe that is a missing skill that Jesus practiced alot and none of the preachers barely mention meditating. Thank you

Re: Meditation
For people who want to be sure if they are doing formless meditation, please self-examine the following requirements:
You must be able to control or eliminate the mind's illusive thoughts just by means of mindful awareness either during meditation or daily routines. Otherwise it is just a certain kind of concentration effort on the daily routines.

Meditation
I have found that when I am supposed to learn something from the Universe, it often comes to me in written form. Your article was something I am ready to learn more about. I have started several books on meditation but could not get through them. I do meditate and connect with the Universe. As I read your article, I found out that I am doing formless meditation and can do this at anytime during my daily routine. It was a nice awareness to know that I am on the road of enlightenment. Thank you skye08

Very interesting. The vexations come from the dark side! Such that meditation is 24/7 if one is awake. The dark side must be conquered!
