imo I believe that is a missing skill that Jesus practiced alot and none of the preachers barely mention meditating. Thank you

For people who want to be sure if they are doing formless meditation, please self-examine the following requirements:

You must be able to control or eliminate the mind's illusive thoughts just by means of mindful awareness either during meditation or daily routines. Otherwise it is just a certain kind of concentration effort on the daily routines.

Meditation
I have found that when I am supposed to learn something from the Universe, it often comes to me in written form. Your article was something I am ready to learn more about. I have started several books on meditation but could not get through them.  I do meditate and connect with the Universe.  As I read your article, I found out that I am doing formless meditation and can do this at anytime during my daily routine.  It was a nice awareness to know that I am on the road of enlightenment.  Thank you skye08

Very interesting. The vexations come from the dark side! Such that meditation is  24/7 if one is awake. The dark side must be conquered!
