Well, HannaB, I can already tell you don't need any help coming close
to the love I put into the poem I wrote for my Brit months ago, because it's already within you. Also, you are obviously doing something right by having cats live to the ages they have lived!! Thank you, too, for touching my heart with your words.

SpitFire, I'm crying as I type this.

What a beautiful tribute to a loving friend.  My bestest bud, my cat Christopher, is sharing lap space with my computer just now.  He'll be 20 in a couple weeks and I don't know what I'll do without him, but I take comfort in the thought that he will be one of 3 darling souls to greet me at the end of my own life.  I had two other darlings, Mikey and Riley, who died at 17 and 16, and I still miss both of them.  The three of them saw me through the toughest years of my life, and for 12 years we were our own little nuclear family.  I haven't yet been able to write about them, but I hope one day I can come close to the love you put into this piece.  Thanks so much for touching my heart.

Thanks Poopy.

I love her more than anything. She's my bestest bud.
