LOL Malidee, trust me my muse already pretty much has free reign.  I am 35, unemployed, with diagnosed ADHD, and despite what you hear on commercials, the drugs don't help that much.  At least here, I have a way to channel the energy.

Thank you so much for reading my blog.  Welcome to the crazy life of blogging!

But you do interesting things in your sleep...
Since the things that you are doing are not dangerous, I think you should take advantage of your Muse. Let her write a short story or something else that you can publish. Does she have a taste for anything other than ice cream? On the serious side, though. I'm afraid that you could hurt yourself in your sleep. I wouldn't take it lightly. Do see if your doctor can prescribe something with mild or no side effects.

AND keep up the great writing!

YES! I am not insane, lol. Ambien -- I see by the comments here I am not
the only one.  I researched this drug when I woke up and couldn't find the butter for my toast ... it was in the bathroom cabinet.  I removed a bottled Dr. Pepper from those round plastic holders, drank half of it, and put it back in the holder.  I wrote blogs and emails that I could not recall writing.  If I take it without drinking more than two glasses of wine, this sort of thing will NOT happen.  I haven't had an episode of doing anything weird since I've started adhering to this.  I posted about it a while back, but no one responded so I thought it was just me till I looked online and found a lot of stories about it.

Thank you all for your support
I can't get in touch with doc till Monday, but I've decided not to take that medication again till I talk to her.  So, keep reading.  Chances are I have a couple of sleepless nights coming.

I experienced that type of thing on Ambien,
It is scary as heck!  Once I woke up with bruises all over my body.  Another time I actually drove while I was "asleep."

You need to talk to your doctor ASAP!

Common Side Effect of Sleeping Pill
There was a 20/20 segment a few years ago about the side effects of, I think it was, Ambien. The program installed hidden cameras in kitchens of people who gave permission, and it was incredible what people were eating in their sleep. Some of those effected had taken to putting locks on their cabinets and fridge so they wouldn't feast on the entire contents as they'd been doing. You are certainly not alone, but if you are experiencing this, you have to change medications.

my dear, there was a time of the heights of my 'rainy days' when all i remember was i sat down before my computer and started writing, upon having decided on the short novel i intended to do. Before I knew it, 3 hours have passed according to my watch and i scrolled up and to my amazement i was already in my 6th page of the story i couldnt remember writing....And what a vivid scenario of a grueling experience of a woman there was...This makes the two of us...well luckily, my alter is ego is apparently a 'writer' too. Thumbs Up

I've never experienced anything other than talking and snoring in my sleep.  I think it's wise to see your doctor promptly.  What you've experienced is scary.
