Being a sailor, I really understand the feeling of seeing a neglected boat restored to its purpose, given a new life, as it were! Great post!

HI EVERYONE! MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR WONDERFUL COMMENTS!
I DO APPRECIATE THEM AND VALUE THEM-BELIEVE ME BUT I AM LEAVING JUST THIS ONE MESSAGE--TO SHARE BETWEEN YOU! I SEEM TO BE LOOSING TRACK OF TIME-(I THINK IT'S BECAUSE AS I GROW STRONGER-FOLLOWING MY HIP OP--I'M  DOING MORE-ESPECIALLY IN GARDEN) SO BY THE TIME I'VE TRIED TO READ EVERYONE-THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO LEAVE INDIVIDUAL COMMENTS--SADLY--AND THEN TO WRITE MYSELF? MAYBE I WILL RE-ARRANGE THINGS AND TRY TO LEAVE MORE TIME FOR HERE? I'LL SEE WHAT I CAN DO.GOD BLESS-THANK YOU ALL AND LOVE TO YOU ALL---CHRIS.

I've always said...
...that a boat owns a person, not the other way around, unless the person is rich and can afford to have someone else do all the work, but, barring that, to go sailing is way worth it.
I can't wait to do it again sometime.
