I can understand what you are trying to say. This was very well written and to me understanding. The feeling that you realize that you may love someone but really don't need them. Well done

Re: Scramble
Yes Troosha--you are quite right! Until going into therapy--(stupid 'though it sounds)-I realy never KNEW-that we have 'CHOICES'! That we have the freedom to think for ourselves and to realise-I guess-that apart from anything else--we can say NO! That was a mind opener for me-I can tell you! You are 100% right and I'm so pleased that you came in and responded as you have donee-for someone else to see-recognise and possibly even make 'CHOICES' for themselves and not be afraid to 'CHALLENGE' what is put in front of them! Thanks so much Troosha! God Bless.Have a great week end.Chris.

Re: Hello TAPS--yes I'm sure! Anyone coming in at the very beginning--
will be able to follow it more easily! It's a whole little 'book' I put together and in the beginning-it offers it's own explanations of the reasons why I went into therapy etc.etc.So someone 'popping in'-probably does find it-(possibly)-quite confusing! That's a point I never thought of-I'm pleased you told me-I'm sure a lot of it just does not make sense at all! It's different from having a book in your hands to read from cover to cover! I thank you for your lovely comment TAPS and yes-I do hope SOMETHING in there-helps SOMEONE out there? Thank you again.God Bless. Chris.

When we shift gears and realize we make choices it can be extremely healing.  Suddenly our entire perspective is changed for the better.

Scramble, All of this has been difficult for me to read and understand, and I have not commented often because I didn't know what to say.  But, I am so glad that you received the loving help that you so needed and deserved to cause you to grow into the person that you are today.  Your work is beautifully shared and should be a big help to many people.
