Ahh well.  No A/C in the van means no going out for me!

I so hope you can get to the mountains. They are all around my city and I can feel your expectation of seeing them. They have a great warmth to them!  sam

More and more parks are becomming handicap accessable - especially near urban centers. We have some great places in CT where non-abulatory nature hounds can have a field day, so to speak. Good luck in the heat - these are records for this time of year.

Just for tomorrow, never mind those stupid gas prices.  Just go for a drive and enjoy and be inspired by the nature that passes by as you go.  Hope you cool down soon!

Re: Have fun tomorrow if you get out :)
I decided not to go out.   It's a bad ozone day.  It's looks deceptively beautiful outside, so I hate to be in, but my body is not fond of the heat (I have this nasty little habit of passing out from inability to sweat).

I go to a park on the Hudson River. It is excellent in this heat!
