If not for all those downs, I wouldn't be where I am now. Enlightenment, according to Buddha, is all about being at ease with everything!

Ups and Downs
This may sound like a cliche, but if not for the downs, sometimes we would not know how to appreciate the ups. It also helps us acquire some degree of resilience.
