Yes Sweetie it is gunna be hard
but the right thing to do is to let go and build your life again. Dry those tears and wish him happiness with your whole heart. You know that you have a huge heart. Give him a hug and say I am so happy for you .....tell here she is one lucky girl because he is a great guy and OPEN up to the possibility that around the corner for you is your special man.
You ain't gunna bring him to you all weepy and red eyed unless he likes a real sad sack of a woman. go to the pool, swim a little or the ocean and run a bit pump some iron, belt the hell out of a punching bag in a gym some where....say i am one hell of a woman and get the glad rags on with some heels and hit town for some fun, go to the movies, go buy a good book, have coffee with a friend....but do not wallow. You at present are WALLOWING!!
Get out of there and value yourself.
