I could just feel the need to find the human being that would put such a hurt on a child.

I could relate. I felt the child's pain .  Mmmph, I could see his face...Mmmph...this was touching.

contact the child authorities/police perhaps too? Bless his Heart--and yours for having to witness his pain and sadness! I'm not writing more 'cause I'm getting quite angry with his father! God Bless you.Chris.
