Else, good idea you have to pass it around, or post somewhere for everyone to read. Negativity is soooooo darn contagious and once you're in (especially when you don't know it too), it's hard to pull back out! A lot of things do work for me too! Thanks for reading...

I try really hard with some of these entries too mariaki. I just wish with all my heart that the person who is so negative in my life will change themself! I cannot change them, I can only guide them, and they read my blogs, and still continue to be extremely negative. Almost to the point that at some point I might have to just go far far away from it all! Makes me sad, but it's just so hard to have someone almost like tugging at your clothes to pull you further and further in the hole!

oh my sam...isn't that how "they" are continuously wallowing, whining (and saying that you are the one whining) creating argument, etc. I feel sorry for people like that, yet like you say they will look at you and see how upbeat you are, but never put forth the effort to try to get there! At one point someone once told me that I am honest and happy person - almost to a fault. Now how can that be??? Not sure if this is envy, jealousy, or what!!! But, I would rather be sooo incredibly happy and upbeat vs negative and angry, and sad for a second!!! Anyway, I absolutely get what you are saying...

Awesome. I have a neighbor who has far fewer problems than I do; yet continues to note how I remain upbeat but will not take a lesson from me and continues to wallow in negativity! sam
