If you take away the fact that we should not even be fighting this insane
war in Iraq, then I agree with you, Tattered. The Rumsfeld streamlined corporate war plan sure looked good on paper to all those bobbleheads in Washington that played hide-and-seek with the military or deferred thier enlistment. Idiots...

We all seem to know someone who has died as a result of this war, sam.
It is far past time we began bringing our people home and allowing the Iraqis to rebuild their country. At the rate we're doing it for them, they will be back in the Middle Ages in about 10 years...

The general is just a tool of the ideology of those nutcase neocons, Glennb
We the people need to keep yelling against the war and voting against arrogant moral midgets like Lindsey Graham until we get people in Congress that will do what THE PEOPLE want...

No end in sight..
Blackwater's contract was recently renewed; the bilking of taxpayer money flows on, heavily and steadily.
Thank you for the post, Saul.

I shall pray for quality leadership. A soldier has perished from a neighboring town and the weight of his death bodes for an end to this war. sam

Saul Relative,
There are not more of them than us! We have simply lost all sight of moral courage! They have plenty of killing and carnage left in them! I am really beginning to fear what comes after Bush! Who will bring these "Generals gone wild" back to civilization?
