I am so Happy for you quietguy-you seem to have come a full circle since

I have too been thinking some of the same exact things you write here! I am from USA, but have been traveling since last year Sept 2007. China for 2.5 months, then Canada for 2 weeks, and then to Germany last November until last week I came back to USA. I am back on flight to Germany tomorrow. Europe for some reason is not like here, from what I can see anyway. Politics, etc are all still in the front ground, but it's just a different world over there. I know what you are saying.....

QG my friend, you are sooo evolved...this is such a noble desire...
to have especially at such a young age..go for it, my friend..Friend Afzal's suggestion is excellent..I know for a fact that these days many young Americans are going on short study / service tours to India, broadening their horizons, and in the process adding value to both cultures, as I also know from personal experience that both cultures have something of value to give & receive..my best wishes, Ash
