I was talking to a friend about this last night.
We were watching the news and she made the comment that most of the teens in her family, even some of the pre-teens, are bad kids. Always in trouble, rude, disrespectful ... one even grabbed his mother's arm and dared her to raise her hand to him. My personal opinion, and I would expound if it weren't for work in a few, is "time out" and the fact that NO ONE helps parents with kids who are violent or troubled. No, society only sits up to pay attention when a school is shot up or a child finally kills his or her parents. good post, wish I had more time ;)
