ok my 'needy' friend, first of all i am so sorry for upsetting you with a bad humor dear one...i should it was indeed rather nasty...sorry but i do thank you for dropping by first time at my blog my dear...Second, my father died when i was 7, leaving my mother with '7' little children....i share your feelings on this dear...but to be able to find love and be needed we have to let go of anguish and bitterness for compassion to shine out in us love...maybe then people will see the beauty of your heart...you won't only be 'needed' dear...you'll be 'loved'....bless you dear one...

Wow.
This could be my husband's story before he met me.
This is harsh, but there are two mistakes you're making:
1. Mistaking "a woman with children" for "a family". (A family, in this specific case, would be a woman that loves her children, or a would not dare use her children to manipulate some guy.)
2. Having sex with "a woman with children", rather than developing a relationship with the woman and deciding whether or not she's someone with whom you can move forward. Keep it in your pants, pal. That will solve 90% of your problems.
