Often people talk about others...
...because they fear you won't be interested in their boring life. And all too often they are right!

You know, I was saying the same thing to Ellen DeGeneres...
just the other day.  She was talking about how hairy Robin Williams's arms are and I had to stop her in her tracks.  I told her this kind of thing is unacceptable, talking about people behind their hairy backs.  Then I looked over at Queen Elizabeth and we exchanged looks of disapproval.

Seedlings
Not only does name dropping drive me insane but “money dropping” also get my blood boiling.  Like do I really care how much you spent on your car, or your house, or how much you new shoes cost?  Nope.  As you said I care more about the person but people who do these things think very little of them selves and feel the need to boost their importance.  And if I were honest with myself… I don’t really want to know these people.
