Depression hurts but worrying about it hurts more....as a fellow comrad
of the "sad" disease, I find the best solution is to keep yourself busy. Try Art Therapy. Art Therapy
uses the creative process of art making, writing and crafts (or work with our hands) to improve
and enhance our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing no matter how old you are. If you can't draw,
scribble. If you're no artist, pretend to be. There is joy in whatever we do for ourselves without
judgment or criticism from others. Try doodling and scribbling in the Paint file of your computer,
and look out, if you're smiling, you're having fun.

The pharmaceutical industry is a rip-off! Anti-depressants have nasty effects like suicidal tendencies and homicidal urges. I was placed on some of these meds when all I asked for was something to help me sleep. It is all flawed science. Ginseng solves so many things with no side effects! Very good commentary!
