Thank you for responding to my post. I lean your way, spiritually. I am so sick of the "scorekeeper" notion of God. It has caused so much harm, individually and socially. I look forward to more of your comments.

It doesn't have to be one day a week, it can be everyday! Just 'being' can be the mode of consciousness at all times except when action/intelligence steps in to take care of business. Even then, the 'being' is merely using its tools! Narrowing down external concerns and intruding thoughts gives a 'blank screen'.... a 'being' state! Another very SPIRITUAL entry!
