Yes, I Have Heard This...
This does not surprise me at all. Planned parenthood simply means abortion. They believe in killing babies. A murdered black baby is the same as a murdered white baby. Abortion is murder. The racist part is interesting to know. However, the higher concern, than racism, is the fact that abortion is the murder of a baby. That reason will always outweigh all others.

looks like they didn't succeed
because young black girls are having babies at age 13 and 14 and haven't been educated by others in the ways to avoid this.
maybe you should check out State aid rolls and see.
there is no extermination
there is racist ignoring of the problem -- acting as if it didn't exist. this does more harm than abortion would.
