I know those feelings.
My feelings originate from depression and self-pity. Keep expressing those feelings in your poetry, it helps to get them out! What always helps me is to make a gratitude list. The list helps me to not lose perspective. Keep it up! You are very talented.

quietguy-I can't find-to say-what you would surely want to hear-only-we
have each had to live our lives-carrying a heavy burden! For some it is 'internal'-one way or another-for others-such as you-it is external! Yes-we can hide our internal burdens from you and the world--so it's 'secretive'--your burdens are there for all to see! Nevertheless-burdens we all do carry! God bless.Chris.

How can one comment on such a personal and beautiful prayer. One can't, except to say that anyone that can share such a candid and sincere lament with others has to have a beautiful heart. Hang on my friend, I will join my prayer to yours as I am sure many other's will. Tests are sent to us for reasons only our Father knows. You will go through this and come out the other side victorious. Take care of you. :-)
