The stress of a deadline is taxing on an individual. Reframing what a deadline means in a positive approach. This man is wise in his view about deadlines. I stop thinking about deadlines as "dead" lines and more like completion dates. There are completion dates that are more flexible than others. Some are more set in stone. We should each act accordingly.
