Your posts make me understand my parents better..

Not only your mum was a wonderful lady, you are also a wonderful daughter.. and you inspire others to be kind to their parents, even in their quietest thoughts..

Thank you

Better / Happier Days to come for you!!!
My parents sound a lot like your mom.  When I would ask for advice, they would say, don't worry you'll figure it our eventually.  In other words, they raised 5 very independent children who have done everything in their own time.  They never really pressured us, or demanded much of us as long as we finished high school.  We are all now over 30 and all turned out okay.  So I leave you with this thought, as my parents have done, and as it seems your parents taught you too........"children are here to guide, not to control".

Sometimes the tummy needs a tincture of time to aid its solution. Sometimes the destination isn't important, only the direction.  Your Mom is cheering you on from the sidelines only a curtain has been dropped to enable us to grow.

You're strong.......that much is obvious. But, don't be afraid to cry...and cry....then cry some more. Long walks...........lunch w/ a friend.........what to DO next will come to you in time. Keep journaling here...........just the act of putting your thoughts on paper (computer) will help lead you "home".             Zen
