Like the movement captured in timelapse photography...
that is how I envisioned everything you described in your poem...bravo!!!

Beautiful piece!  I love stopping to fully absorb the history of an old church, stone wall, or  ancient ruins.  As described in your poem I imagine all the people that stood there before me.
