I agree with this wholeheartedly! The sun used to be our clocks regulating daily doings. Night used to be for resting as the animals do. Artificial lighting, clocks and big business have changed the natural rhythms that are good for us! Sci-fi movies have made us feel that Time is a real variable like space. We created time!
