- Go to HE DIDN'T GET A PART IN THE PLAY
kmer
We expected him to cry, but he gets really
emotional a lot and it really was all evening long. And it went beyond crying
into anger which is going too far.
I think a big part of why he was not at his best
was he was nervous. Hopefully next time he will be more relaxed and more
expressive and energized.

crying, etc
crying is not a bad thing, as long as its not excessive. my daughter cried when she didn't get the part she wanted, but she got into the play and was on stage, the play opened on her 8th birthday. that was a few years ago, and, yes, she has missed out on a few parts because she really blew the expressive piece during auditions as well. for her, she needs to be pumped up to really perform during an audition.

I commend him for going at it again. He ill learn as each audition comes along. Inspite of not getting the part it is wonderful he tried out, that makes him a
star already! sam

Just think that this rejection can makes him improve. If we get things ease we don't get any better in doing them.
