Hi Corbin

Lol, you got me on the blonde thing - i didn't answer it did I? Well, I know a lot of women who play 'damsel in distress' to get what they want from men. With gender equality and alpha women who want to 'mother' men in the non-biological sense, the guys have learht to do it too.

And I know that 'blondes have all the fun'. So I'm guessing blondes learnt early on that people will be a lot more helpful if you play dumb...it gives them an ego boost to feel all genius. So a lot of dumb blondes are actually quite smart! Cue Hillary's tears...the smartest blonde of them all.

Corbin Dallas,

You have again done great research to bring your writing to the attention of those who read and respect you! But I think you are missing the point! George Bush and Tony Blair did this Planet a great mis-service! It will take more than "word change" to reverse the harm! Using Neville Chamberlain was brilliant on your part, however I do not recall a single Muslim led nation plotting or supporting the destruction of either the Trade Center or America??

There are fringe elements that contort the teachings of all organized Religions (see the public record)! You are beginning to sound dangerous in your own way here! The British government is beginning a long delayed and welcomed process.

Well Corbin, I hate to play devil's advocate, but I see the logic behind it. Rhetoric can be a dangerous thing. Hundreds of people are recorded to have died at home ( we all know the actual number is much higher) because our politicians are using words to incite people. The throwing around of the words genocide, ethnic cleansing and so on are spurring revenge attacks, while missing the point.

Over the weekend, after we were sure the worst was over, a new spate of violence has erupted. It's so bad that sadly, not even the cat on my tongue could make me smile today! So yes, sometimes it does help to measure one's words.

But the choice 'anti-islamic activity' seems aimed more at pacifying certain quarters than reducing the power of words. It's not sense, it's political correctness, and that's always silly. It's right up there with 'vertically challenged domestic engineers who are too visually impaired to view their emotionally charged optimised entertainment'.

i suspect the sudden 'nicety' has less to do with accurate language and more to do with the prices of oil and the state of the worldwide stock market. remember, much of the worlds oil and gold reserve is held by muslim states...

I think 'muslim extremism' works just fine. Or even plain old bombing. That's what it is after all...

Corbin
This would be laughable if it were not so utterly appalling! This attempt at censorship and 'thought contol', in all its convoluted 'logic', is one that Joseph Goebbels himself would be proud of...
