They do not sell "pre-fab"pie crusts and their pies are not like the North American ones. They usually sell them in bakeries (or Pastry shop) by the piece and they are what I would call open face, with just a bit of crumble on the top, if any at all. They are very good!
As for my name, it is the German way of calling strangers.
