True about neighborliness and Good Samaritan spirit. But not in the preparation. There are people amongst us who go all out in giving succor but no one to prevent the hazards. That is my only worry. Certain things like Tsunami happen despite everything, but ordinary hazards are preventable with some due care towards safety precautions. I think you agree with me on this, Straightforward.
