Yes, it is comforting, isn't it.  I loved sleepovers as a child - my house and others. And, am thrilled that my son does too - in our house and others.

you seem to be coping well with the empty nest/house syndrome, but then this your job! i love the way you enjoy silence, it is a blessing when it is of our own choice. be blessed in this coming year and every year after.

I loved your description of your son and his friends all sleeping on the floor. Very comforting to know that women in other part's of the world are dealing with the same Mother/child issues as I am. Peace to you.

Such a wonderful visit. It is nice to hear that teenagers are the same around the world. The ones at my house do the same.  sam
