My son is also on the Feingold diet and it works wonders for him! It definitely helps to know that there are other moms who understands why you do what you do when you do it. I like the way you put it:"Visiting my mother is a royal pain." I couldn't have put it any better myself!

What fun it is to visit with siblings!!! I have a son who is allergic to red food dye. We had some horrible times until we tried the Feingold diet. Of course my mother still doesn't believe in this or how I've raised him. And visiting my mother is a royal pain.
