True, my dear!
And nobody gets paid to produce "good news". It's a human phenomenon that people love the sensational. The news stations are just jumping on the bandwagon of the rag magazines. The Enquirer, The Globe, The Star and many more have had sensationalism sewn up for years. And the news stations realized that there was money there they were missing out on especially when the public seemed like they couldn't get enough of hearing bad news about the stars. When you find something in this country that makes big bucks, everybody wants to jump on it. That's sad, but true. I wish someone would start a "good news" station. Good post and good luck.

May the Lord bless you! I agree we are the same, I wish the killing would end and we just enjoyed each other's company!  Alas, the 'fat cats' of the world must exercise their misguided power. A very thought producing essay.  sam
