RE-Wrapping!
This may ring a memory bell for you, but in our family, we always took the paper and bows off a package ever so carefully, because it was what we wrapped the next year's gifts in. To this day, we take care to open our gifts, even though we don't have to. My sister unwrapped her birthday gift in this way when last she was here and saved the paper for me. Out of memory's sake, I used the paper to wrap a smaller gift. It brought back memories of a home I'll never be back to for Christmas, of days long long ago. Thanks for giving me a chance to reminisce about another pay it forward.
