Justi, thanks
I love writing like I am talking to you. The Bible is such a profound book.  I went to a Catholic school and everyday we had a class in Bible studies.  I loved the parables and teachings of Jesus.  They made a deep impression on me.

Actually, its amazing how you can make time when you want to.  When I was very busy, I ensured that I read every night before I fell asleep.  This way it was forced reading. NOw, I read a lotmore, as I have more time.  Just make the time.  You won't regret it.

Oh yes.  Do try Veronika Decides to Die.  While the title maybe depressing for some, it is a fabulous book, as is Carol Shields' Unless.

I love this post as I have all of yours that I read. You write as if you were writing to me, in your living room we are talking. I have a wall of books that have changed some aspect of my life. The one that is totally changing my life is The Holy Bible.

Favorite Books
I love the story lines of the books you mentioned. I intend to look them up immediately. I am not much of a fiction reader............don't know why.  I love non-fiction dealing with history or politics <<<can be rather depressing, especially under our current administration>>> but, I have a feeling I will be reading one of your favorites soon.
