I love it---it reminds me of my mother-in-law's Italian wedding soup.
My mother-in-law, brit through and through, made Italian wedding soup better than my husband's Italian Grandmother from Naples.  For years my father-in-law swore that she never used boullion cubes...but after she died, my sister-in-law broke the news to him--YES, she used boullion-danged near an entire jar in a giant pot.  He was devistated.  But the soup is still the best!
